Stage 1: Getting in Touch<\/h2>\n

Once you\u2019ve decided to work with us as your workplace pension provider, all we need you to do is get in touch with us, and we can take it from there. We then work proactively to sort out a timeline, and inform you of your options and responsibilities.
\nWe analyse your staging date and confirm what happens next, tell you what you need to do (and when to do it!), and even organise a one to one online presentation for you if you would like one, well before your staging date to ensure you\u2019re in the know.<\/p>\n

Stage 2: Sign Up<\/h2>\n

Getting you signed up to our system couldn\u2019t be easier. Signing up can be done at any time in advance of your staging date to reduce the risk of fines and last minute bottlenecks. Stage 3: Pre-Staging<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Eight weeks before your staging date, you will receive an email notification prompting you to take the next step in the process, which is submitting your direct debit details online. Again, our team of advisers will guide you through this over the phone if you need any help.<\/p>\n

If more than one signature is required for the direct debit form, a physical mandate will be posted to you to sign.<\/p>\n

Stage 4: Uploading Employee Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We\u2019re almost there! This is the final stage in the setup process. Employee details, including age, salary, hours etc. is uploaded to the Enrolex system using a report produced by your payroll system. An advantage of our solution is that it works with all UK software packages, meaning no additional bolt-ons are required. This saves money for you or your payroll provider, which in turn saves them having to recharge you for their costs.<\/p>\n

Stage 5: Postponement<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With Enrolex, our system automatically postpones the staging date for 3 months for all clients. This gives us time to ensure all the software and processes are working correctly, and to support payroll teams in getting ready to submit the new reports. The benefits of postponing the scheme are that if your business has transient workers, or employees still on probation, the 3 month delay means that you don\u2019t need to invest any money in their schemes that you don\u2019t need to in the long run.<\/p>\n

Stage 6: Staging<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Once you reach your staging date, our system will assess your workforce to determine if they need to be included in the scheme or not, contact employees to inform them about the scheme and their options, and then offer the employees access to their dedicated helpline.<\/p>\n

Stage 7: Contributions Begin<\/strong><\/h2>\n

When your contributions begin, your payroll data is uploaded to the Enrolex system via a CSV file. Our team of expert advisers talk through this on the phone with you or your payroll provider, and we even create a template of the report to ensure all goes smoothly.<\/p>\n
